it's a pin thing!! Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. it's a pin thing!! can not gurantee the links will generate commision based revenue for the affiliate.
2. The affiliate must ensure their account details are kept up to date to ensure comission payments are issued to the correct account holder at the correct postal address. it's a pin thing!! can not be held responsible for the partner not keeping their details up to date.
3. it's a pin thing!! will honour it's commitment to ensure the affiliate member recieves comission payment in the given time frame but can not be liable for delays and innacurasies due to factors outside of our control.
4. It is the resposnibility of the affiliate to notify it's a a pin thing!! when a payment has not been received in the given timeframe or has been made incorrectly.
5. it's a pin thing!! reserve the right to charge back the affiliate where an overpayment has been made. This may be done as a direct request to the partner or deducted from the next payment that is due to the affiliate.
6. it's a pin thing!! reserve the right to delay payments due to circumstances out of our control.
7. it's a pin thing!! reserve the right to terminate an affliate account and refuse payment if it is believed the affiliate member is generating revenues illegally.
8. it's a pin thing!! will only hold onto a payment for the maximum of 6 months after the month the comission was generated in. it's a pin thing!! will not re-issue payments after this time. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to notify it's a pin thing!! when payment has not been made.
9. Existing affiliates must inlclude their affiliate ID and contact name in all correspondace.
10. Commission will only be paid on cleared funds, as sometimes sales are "charged back" and items returned.
11. it's a pin thing!! reserve the right to shut down the affiliate programme at any time.
12. Please be sure the correct link format is being used. Misspelling the link or ID may cause a problem with visitor-tracking, resulting in lost sales and commissions.
13. Only sales made within 30 days of the original referral to the it's a pin thing!! site will earn the affiliate commission.

1. Existing wholesale customers must inlclude their wholesale client ID and contact name in all correspondace.
2. it's a pin thing!! will endeavour to complete all wholesale orders within 1 week of the order date. However larger wholesale orders may take longer. Clients will be notified of the turn around time on submission of the order. Please contact it's a pin thing!! before submitting the order if you require an exact turn around time.
3. Wholesale orders can be fast tracked if required, an additional charge will be applied depending on the requested turn around time. Please contact it's a pin thing!! for more details before submitting the order.
4. Wholesale clients may be able to request and order items that are "labelled out of stock", please contact it's a pin thing for availability and turn around times.
5. Wholesale clients can request a "call back" for large orders that cannot be accomodated by the it's a pin thing!! web site. A member of the it's a pin thing!! team will return the call to action further.
6. Minimum order for wholesale customers is £50 excluding postage. Mix and match of colours and styles is possible. it's a pin thing!! reserve the right to refuse all orders below the qualifying amount.
7. Credit will not be issued to wholesale customers. Payments must be made with the order.
8. it's a pin thing!! reserve the right to terminate any client account they wish to do so.
