Do you have a wholesale/trade pricelist? What are your shipping/delivery costs? Do you have a retail shop? I have seen pictures of certain pins on your website that do not seem to have an option for buying. How can I purchase these? What are your delivery times and return policy? What methods of payment do you accept? I would like to purchase your pins wholesale but there are no prices on the website. Do you have a wholesale/trade pricelist? We offer wholesale prices for traders. Please see our wholesale section for further information. What are your shipping/delivery costs? Standard delivery in the UK is currently £1.50 for the first £5.00 of your order, thereafter only £0.05 is added for every additional £1 spent. An additional cost will be applied for Recorded 1st Class and Next day deliveries. You will be able to check your postage cost by clicking the checkout button before making the purchase. International shipping is charged at £2.50 for the first £5.00 of your order and £0.10 for every additional £1 spent thereafter. Do you have a retail shop? No, we are an internet based company only. I have seen pictures of certain pins on your website that do not seem to have an option for buying. How can I purchase these? This is because the items may currently be out of stock. If you would like to purchase some of the pins that are not available for adding to the cart please contact us and we will provide further information. What are your delivery times and return policy? We despatch our orders on the day of receipt or the next day. Orders within the UK are usually received within 2-3 day. If express delivery is selected you order will reach you on the next working day on the condition that the order is made before 1pm. International orders usually arrive within 7 - 10 days of despatch. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept its return provided the original packaging has not been damaged. Please include our invoice and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you return the goods to us. What methods of payment do you accept? Currently we are accepting payments through Paypal. You do NOT need an account with them to pay, just follow the instructions - all major credit/debit cards are accepted.
