The it's a pin thing!! affiliate programme
allows you to offer our products for sale, earning 10% commission
on each item sold through your link within 30 days of the
original referral. You do not even have to have a website,
your link can be distributed by mail, newsletters etc.
Getting Started
Becoming an it's a pin thing!! affiliate and setting up your
affiliate account is very simple. These instructions will
help you get started quickly.
In order to become an it's a pin thing!!
affiliate you will first have to register by filling out the
on-line registration form.
Registration is free and only takes a couple of minutes. An
affiliate account will be created immediately on the submission
of your form. The system will automatically log you in giving
you your sale statistics to date (which will obviously be
set to zero as a new partner). By creating an affiliate account
you accept the it's a pin thing!!

CONGRATULATIONS!! If you have followed the
above steps correctly you are now officially an affiliate
of it's a pin thing!! and can start earning some serious revenue!
Accessing Your Affiliate Account
Affiliates can log into their Affiliate Account
by using the login link on the top right of this page or by
clicking here
Once you login, you will be able to manage
your account, and view the following statistics against your
account:
Total so far today: £30.00 = £3.00
Commission
Total yesterday: £35.00 = £3.50 Commission
Total month to date: £1000.00 = £100.00 Commission
Total last month: £1200.00 = £120.00 Commission
Please note that the totals under your account
are only provisional. They are not indicative of items that
have been returned and transaction funds awaiting to be cleared.
Receiving Payments
Commission generated by your links will be
paid to you by Cheque in the first week of the 2nd month following
the month the sales were generated in. This is to ensure anybody
returning an item in the 14 day returns policy is accounted
for.
For example commission generated in the month
of January will be paid to you in the first week of March.
Commission generated in the month of February will be paid
to you in the first week of April and so on. Therefore as
of the third month from when you account was created you should
receive a cheque in the beginning week of every month for
as long as your links generate sales.
Generating Revenue
To generate revenue as an affiliate, you
need to send traffic to the www.itsapinthing.com or www.itsapinthing.co.uk
sites. The traffic must be directed to any of our web pages
with a '.php' extension. For example the 'products.php' page.
Your affiliate ID will need to be included in the link to
ensure any sales generated from your link are put against
your account. For example:
http://www.itsapinthing.com/products.php?PARTNER=your_affiliate_id
(replace with your affiliate id)
Please be sure you are using correct link
format. Misspelling the link or your ID may cause a problem
with visitor-tracking, resulting in lost sales and commissions.
Only sales made within 30 days of the original
referral to our site will earn the affiliate commission.
To send traffic, you need to place banners,
buttons or text links on your site. We provide a selection
of free professionally designed banners that affiliates can
use to promote our products and send traffic. You can use
our banners, graphics and links or you can design your own.
Our standard banners and text links can be accessed from the
banners section below. You do not necessarily have to place
the links on your site they can be inserted into newsletters
that you may distribute. You can create a pop-up that opens
a selected page of www.itsapinthing.com every time a user
accesses a certain portion of your site.
The text link option can also be used by
somebody without a web site to forward their to their family
and friends. You will receive commission for anybody who comes
to the site using the text link.
Banners, Graphics and Links
Copy the corresponding html code for the
banner you wish to place on your site. You must make sure
that you replace XXX with your it's
a pin thing!! Affiliate ID when you paste the code
into your site.

Terms
& Conditions of the affiliate programme
By creating an affiliate account you accept
the following Affiliate Terms & Conditions:

the links will generate commision based revenue for the
affiliate.

The affiliate must ensure their account
details are kept up to date to ensure comission payments
are issued to the correct account holder at the correct
postal address. it's a pin thing!! can not be held responsible
for the partner not keeping their details up to date.

it's a pin thing!! will honour it's
commitment to ensure the affiliate member recieves comission
payment in the given time frame but can not be liable
for delays and innacurasies due to factors outside of
our control.

It is the resposnibility of the affiliate
to notify it's a a pin thing!! when a payment has not
been received in the given timeframe or has been made
incorrectly.

it's a pin thing!! reserve the right
to charge back the affiliate where an overpayment has
been made. This may be done as a direct request to the
partner or deducted from the next payment that is due
to the affiliate.

it's a pin thing!! reserve the right
to delay payments due to circumstances out of our control.

it's a pin thing!! reserve the right
to terminate an affliate account and refuse payment if
it is believed the affiliate member is generating revenues
illegally.

it's a pin thing!! will only hold onto
a payment for the maximum of 6 months after the month
the comission was generated in. it's a pin thing!! will
not re-issue payments after this time. It is the responsibility
of the affiliate to notify it's a pin thing!! when payment
has not been made.

Existing affiliates must inlclude their
affiliate ID and contact name in all correspondace.

Commission will only be paid on cleared
funds, as sometimes sales are "charged back"
and items returned.

it's a pin thing!! reserve the right
to shut down the affiliate programme at any time.

Please be sure the correct link format
is being used. Misspelling the link or ID may cause a
problem with visitor-tracking, resulting in lost sales
and commissions.

Only sales made within 30 days of the
original referral to the it's a pin thing!! site will
earn the affiliate commission.
